Job summary

Constantia Sittingbourne is seeking a motivated Print Assistant to join our team and support the print production process. You will assist with machine set-up, prepare materials, and help maintain quality standards on a rotating 3-shift pattern.

The role requires a reliable attitude, good communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Driving licence and ability to travel to Sittingbourne for all shifts are essential; progression to Print Operator is available through on-the-job

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred but not essential.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence required to access the site.

Working alongside our Print Operators, you will play a key role in supporting the print production process by:

• Assisting with print machine set-up and preparation
• Ensuring the availability of tooling, inks, and materials at press
• Supporting efficient production and maintaining high quality standards
• Helping to keep the work area organised, safe, and production-ready

Working Pattern

• Rotating 3-shift pattern
• Candidates must be able to reliably travel to our Sittingbourne site for all shifts, therefore a full UK driving licence is required
• Experience in Manufacturing preferred but not essential
