About You

The successful candidate will be a confident and approachable people manager who enjoys being involved in the day‑to‑day running of a production operation.

You will be comfortable working in a hands‑on, active role, spending time on the production floor and working directly with the team rather than being primarily desk‑based.

You will need to remain calm and organised when dealing with changing priorities and a reactive working environment, while ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are maintained.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing or coordinating a team of up to 12 people.
