As a Principal IT Architect within Group Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise architecture strategy across our Domains and Capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive innovation, efficiency and consistency. Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Group Architecture frameworks across Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI)
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align architecture strategy with business goals
• Provide governance oversight and ensure architectural standards are embedded in project delivery
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions
• Present architectural recommendations to both technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidence
• Support project teams with architectural guidance, ensuring consistency and scalability across initiatives
  
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to lead and influence across IT, business, and functional teams
• Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams alike
• Advanced business and data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and strategic insight
• Experience in governance frameworks and architectural best practices
