Job Title: Principle Endur Front Office BA

Location: Remote or Canary Wharf

Contract Length: Until 31st December 2025 (Possibility of extension)

Role Overview:

The Endur Tech Engineer will work on Front and Mid Office elements for the Power Trading team. The role involves working with the trade and management of power generation assets, including wind, solar, batteries, and CCG power stations. Responsibilities include supporting systems that enable trading decisions, executing trades, and managing risk, as well as implementing operating models to manage assets. The role requires interfacing new systems and data feeds into existing trading and risk management systems, primarily focusing on implementing changes in Endur (Openlink).

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur, especially in implementing and extending features.
• Experience in Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets.
• Ability to lead as a Business Analyst and support project teams.
• Knowledge of trading floor operations across Front, Mid, and Back office, with a focus on Front and Mid.
• Expertise in non-linear instruments in Commodity/Energy Trading and their representation in Endur.
• Experience liaising with Traders and Quant developers on option pricing models.
• Configuration experience in Endur for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing, and scheduling.
• Problem-solving skills within a change control environment.
• Understanding of Endur Reporting architecture and modules such as APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, and EOD Workflows.
• Knowledge of Endur deployment procedures, including CMM import/export and cloud DevOps.
• Experience working with business analysts and traders to develop and implement solutions.
• Ability to establish and execute testing regimes.
• Experience working with hybrid teams using Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders up to senior levels.
• Familiarity with analytical software tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach.
• Experience in agile delivery and global power markets.
• Experience in complex contracts, power purchase agreement modelling, and asset optimization.
