Job Title: Principle Endur Front Office BA

Location: Remote or Canary Wharf

Contract Length: Until 31st December 2025 (Possibility of extension)

Role Overview:

Endur Tech Engineer to work on Front and Mid Office elements for our Power Trading team. This role involves working in the power sector related to trading and managing power generation assets, including wind, solar, batteries, and CCG power stations. The team supports systems enabling trading decisions, trade execution, and risk management. Responsibilities include implementing operating models, interfacing new systems and data feeds (national grid, power auctions, weather forecasts) into existing trading and risk management systems like ETRMs, with primary focus on implementing changes in Endur (Openlink).

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with implementing and extending features in OpenLink Endur.
• Experience in Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets.
• Ability to lead as a Business Analyst independently and support other BAs.
• Experience across trading floor areas, focusing on Front and Mid Office.
• Expertise in non-linear instruments in a Commodity/Energy Trading environment and their representation in Endur.
• Experience liaising with Traders and Quant developers on option pricing models, including complex cross-commodity options.
• Configuration skills in Endur for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing, and scheduling.
• Problem-solving skills within a change control environment.
• Understanding of Endur reporting, risk simulation, and modules like APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, and EOD workflows.
• Knowledge of Endur deployment procedures, including CMM import/export and cloud DevOps.
• Experience working with business analysts and traders to elicit requirements and implement solutions.
• Ability to develop testing regimes to ensure quality.
• Experience working with hybrid teams using Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication skills across complex environments and stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Familiarity with analytical software tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach.
• Experience with agile delivery and global power markets.
• Experience in complex contracts, power purchase agreement modelling, and asset optimisation.
