Job Description:

I am currently seeking a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer to work within the Water Division of a UK Consultancy. This position will be based out of their Newcastle Office.

This role would include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

• Ensure best practices are followed at all times.
• Responsible for the project's civil engineering design.
• Collaborate with the project design team/leads to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes.
• Projects may include, but are not limited to, clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous civil water experience with a consultancy or similar organization.
• Experience with the AMP Framework, Water Framework, or similar projects.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies – (ICE/CIWEM) or equivalent.
• Two references.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
