Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Principal Water Network Modeller to provide technical leadership across diverse water network modelling projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality solutions for clients.

You will drive innovation in modelling approaches, support long-term investment planning and mentor engineers, contributing to the growth of our UK water sector capability and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering water network modelling projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard modelling software such as InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoWater Pro, Synergi Water or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical delivery across complex modelling programmes.
• Strong understanding of network optimisation, leakage management and pressure management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.

• Provide technical leadership across water network modelling projects.
