Lift Shafton is seeking a senior leader to set the school's direction, improve teaching and outcomes, and build on a strong early years offer, with a newly opened nursery and rich enrichment opportunities.

You will lead a collaborative staff team, work with the Lift Schools network, and ensure every child experiences excellent academic and co-curricular opportunities through a supportive leadership model.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience with a proven track record of raising outcomes.
• Strong understanding of curriculum, teaching and learning.
• Ability to develop people and build a high-performing culture.
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Responsabilidades

• Set a clear and ambitious vision for the school.
• Build on strong early years provision.
• Lead excellent teaching, learning and outcomes for every child.
• Develop and inspire a strong, collaborative staff team.
• Act as a visible, trusted leader for children, colleagues and families.
• Work alongside other Lift leaders, sharing expertise across the wider network.
• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the school.
• Ensure every child receives an excellent academic and co-curricular experience.
