Job summary

AECOM is looking for a Principal Town to lead infrastructure planning projects across the UK, focusing on DCO projects. This role involves managing planning applications and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on prestigious assignments.

Successful candidates will have a degree in Town Planning, relevant experience in large infrastructure projects, and be a member of the RTPI. AECOM offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to balance your time between home and the office.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience of leading applications for planning consent for large infrastructure projects.
• Expert witness experience would be advantageous.
• Existing relationships with clients and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the delivery of major development applications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various project types.
• Submit and manage planning applications.
