A well-established planning consultancy seeks a Principal Town Planner for its Birmingham office. The candidate will lead various projects across sectors such as healthcare, residential, and retail. Applicants should possess a background in Town Planning, preferably with RTPI accreditation and consultancy experience.

My client, a long established planning consultancy is currently recruiting for a Senior Town Planner to join and lead the Birmingham office. The successful candidate will be joining a national consultancy with offices throughout the UK.
This successful multidisciplinary works across many sectors such as healthcare, residential, retail, leisure and automotive therefore if you have any experience within these fields please get in touch.
In order to be considered for this role you must have an academic background in Town Planning and ideally be RTPI accredited. Essentially you must have experience working in a consultancy and experience within management.
You shall be working closely with associate directors and directors on projects in order to meet the aims and objectives of the business.
