Qualifications

• HND or above in system or electrical engineering is required.
• Experience in electrical test, electro‑optics, or related fields is essential.
• Understanding of optoelectronic devices and systems is highly desirable.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail are important.
• Good communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are needed.

Responsibilities

• Define a test strategy and plan for Leonardo's electro‑optical products.
• Design, integration and verification of test solutions across systems.
• Support production and resolve test‑related issues and root causes.
• Prepare technical documentation including user instructions.
• Coordinate work packages across functions and manage costs, quality and time.
