In this role, you will be responsible for deploying effective quality and assurance approaches throughout delivery and its ongoing governance. You will set the vision and create an environment that enables teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at sustainable speed. You will define and understand quality requirements, develop supporting delivery and assurance approaches, and manage the risk of delivery decisions and their implications on the organization. Your expertise will drive visibility, innovation, and education of quality management processes and standards across a broad range of stakeholders.

You will maintain a clear roadmap for test processes and standards, develop cross-delivery practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes and tools meet delivery needs. Additionally, you will lead senior quality managers, monitor delivery practices, and manage direct reports and third-party suppliers. Ensuring alignment and enabling of the wider Engineering and Specsavers SDLC capabilities will also be a key part of your role.
