Job summary

EBRD is seeking a Principal, Solution Architect to design end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives and architectural standards. The role requires leading architecture across SaaS, Low/No Code, and custom development, working with Product Owners and Delivery teams to transform high-level concepts into actionable designs.

You will guide strategy, governance, and roadmaps, ensuring cohesive enterprise architecture across multiple domains while promoting innovation and sustainable

Qualifications

• Experience using TOGAF in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to capture business/technical requirements and translate into architectural artefacts.
• Experience aligning architecture with business goals across domains.
• Background working in Agile, DevOps, and product-aligned teams.
• Experience with TOGAF and enterprise architecture governance.
• Hands-on involvement with SaaS, Low/No Code, and custom development in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into architectural blueprints for end-to-end solutions.
• Document architecture designs and ensure alignment with current and future objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain architectural runway for product evolution.
• Guide delivery teams on architectural intent through the product lifecycle.
• Lead evaluation of future-state architecture, debt, and misalignment with requirements.
