Context

We have an opening for an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to join our expanding Systems Engineering team. This role suits a dedicated and ambitious engineer with strong leadership, interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a desire to contribute to a high-performance team.

Main Duties

As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Systems Engineering services, including:

• Developing Systems Engineering processes for projects.
• Leading a team of Systems Engineers in areas such as Requirements Engineering, Systems Design, Analysis, Modeling, Integration, and more.
• Ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of Systems Engineering deliverables.
• Maintaining competency frameworks for Systems Engineering resources.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external parties to enhance company reputation.
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Profile/Skills

• Knowledge of systems integration/engineering tools like DOORS.
• Professional registration (CEng, IEng).
• Recognized qualifications such as ASEP, CSEP, CPRE, or in safety-critical systems engineering.
