Exciting opportunity for a PrincipalSystems Engineer with MBSE expertise to join a leading engineeringconsultancy!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Principal SystemsEngineer , you will play a pivotal role in driving MBSE adoptionacross complex systems and multi-disciplinary teams. You will:

Lead the development of MBSE frameworks to enhance systemdesign, integration, and lifecycle management

Apply SysML,UML, and architectural frameworks (TOGAF, MODAF) to developsystem models

Support system integration efforts byimplementing digital twin methodologies and model-driven verification

Collaborate with stakeholders , translating complextechnical concepts into actionable insights

Apply riskmanagement and systems thinking to ensure robust, resilientsystem architectures

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

️ Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strongMBSE background

️ Familiarity withMBSE tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, orCapella

️ Strong understanding of systems integration,digital engineering, and lifecycle management

️Experience working in consultancy or client-facing roles

BONUS SKILLS

Experience withdual-use platforms (military & civilian systems)

Knowledge of AI-driven MBSE approaches and Digital Thread concepts
