What You'll Do:

• Guide and Mentor: Lead teams of architects and delivery leaders, facilitate design discussions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate and Influence: Articulate designs to all organization levels and oversee delivery phases.
• Maintain Standards: Work with the Architecture team to maintain and communicate the Architecture Blueprint, showcasing current, target, and future states.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent industry experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in .NET, AWS, SQL & No-SQL databases, event-driven systems, REST API design, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders; influential and collaborative.
• Experience: 5+ years in software development, 3+ years in a cloud-native environment, with experience managing large teams and projects.
