Ada Meher is recruiting for a Principal Software Engineer to join a leading broadcasting and telecommunications company. The role involves building and deploying new cloud platforms for content syndication and distribution. You will be part of a team of around 14 Engineers, responsible for development, technical leadership, and mentoring.

This position allows for full remote work with travel to London or Winchester offices 1-2 days a week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Flexible working hours are offered to prioritize productivity and work-life balance.

To be considered:

• Experience in backend Python development on large-scale projects
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and DevOps
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform is a plus
• Experience in microservice architecture design and implementation
• Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers
