Qualifications

• The role requires 7+ years in professional software engineering and senior technical leadership.
• Strong distributed-systems and AWS expertise with data fluency.
• Experience designing reusable APIs, secure and observable services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Client Lifecycle vertical.
• Define architectural standards and reusable patterns.
• Lead design of distributed, cloud-native systems with trade-offs.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical architectures.
• Remain hands-on with production-grade code and problem solving.
• Own the technical quality of cross-team initiatives and risk management.
• Guide data modelling, pipelines, and data quality across platforms.
• Champion AWS-native design and security practices.
• Review designs and mentor engineers to raise technical standards.
