You will build AI agents, orchestration workflows, and SDKs, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams in a high-ownership environment. The role emphasizes quality, reliability, and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with reliable, scalable systems.
• Strong full-stack skills: React/TypeScript, backend services, cloud infra.
• Experience in cloud-native environments, preferably GCP; Kubernetes etc.
• SQL and NoSQL databases; production systems ownership and incident handling.
• Commitment to software quality, testing, code reviews, and regression prevention.
• Security-conscious approach and clear, assertive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own features across full stack from design to production.
• Respond to production incidents and ship fixes.
• Build core platform capabilities: AI agents, orchestration, microapps.
• Develop SDKs and tooling for engineers using Mesh.
• Champion quality, reliability, tests, and coverage.
• Collaborate across teams and support users via Slack channels.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
