Job summary

Cytix is hiring a hands-on Technical Leader who will unblock the engineering team by resolving technical impasses, standardising practices, and owning cross-functional initiatives. You’ll prototype rapidly, ship MVPs, and turn ideas into polished user experiences across the stack.

You’ll work with product, design, and engineering teams in a hybrid setup, leading by example and helping shape the technology roadmap while continuing to code and ship.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building modern frontend applications with TypeScript and Vue3.
• Backend experience with Node-based services and relational databases.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs.
• Able to move quickly, make pragmatic decisions, and ship iteratively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in early-stage startups going through growth and technical challenges.
