Job summary

Brit Insurance is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to strengthen Agile delivery across squads and the wider Technology department. You will blend hands‑on Scrum Master support with coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement to improve alignment, collaboration and value delivery.

You’ll mentor Scrum Masters, facilitate planning and ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams manage dependencies and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
• Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the improvement of Agile delivery across squads and domains.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
• Facilitate planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives for multiple teams.
• Collaborate with the Head of Agile, Engineering and Product to evolve ways of working.
