An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and self-driven Principal Safety, Health & Environmental Advisor to join the MBDA team at our Stevenage site. If you are passionate about safety, health, and reducing our impact on the environment, this challenging but rewarding position may be for you.

Salary: Circa £49,000 dependent on experience + bonus + benefits

Hybrid working pattern: Up to 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Level 6 preferred)
• Significant SHE experience in manufacturing
• Understanding of manufacturing and laboratory technologies
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to MBDA
• Experience in a SHE role at a manufacturing facility is advantageous
• Teamwork and independent working skills
• Ability to influence at all levels
• Excellent communication skills
