About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and support to clients on compliance with the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated secondary legislation.
At its core the role focuses on providing advice to the statutory duty holders on both new and existing buildings categorised as Higher Risk Buildings, during the design, construction, and occupation phases of a building.
You will be expected to deliver projects to the required quality and contribute to business growth and development activities. You will provide an expert point of reference on legislative and procedural matters relating to the application of the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the associated Secondary Legislation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will hold accredited RICS/CABE/CIOB/RIBA status with an extensive background post qualification in the built environment (with demonstrable experience working with Higher Risk Buildings).
