Senior/Principal Registered Building Inspector

Location: Opportunities in Bristol and London
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

We are seeking a Class 3 Senior/Principal Registered Building Inspector to join our London office and Bristol office, as well as Registered Building Inspectors with commercial and domestic experience to service a portfolio of interesting residential and domestic projects in the Bristol region. These roles offer exciting opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, and work as part of a dynamic team of surveyors.

Cook Brown Building Control are a leading Registered Building Control Approver service with the aim of providing a high-quality service to ensure a healthy and safe environment whilst assisting clients throughout the construction process. It is set up as a commercial business to deliver a quality-based Building Control Service to external clients in a competitive arena.

Requirements

  1. Fully qualified to RICS or CABE
  2. Duties will include project managing commercial applications.
  3. Undertaking site inspections and working with architects to provide a collaborative approach to delivering the Building Control service.
  4. At least 5 years’ experience with commercial projects.
