Principal Recruitment Consultant (position negotiable for experience)

£33,500

£37,000 + uncapped commission

Office Based. 40 hours, 7-4 / 8-5 term time. Reduced hours school holidays.

Were growing our established branch in the East Midlands and are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. Whether your background is in Primary, Secondary, or SEND recruitment, your expertise will drive your area and help expand our Education offering across the region as we continue to be one of the fastest growing Education agencies in the UK.

Responsibility of role

Running and growing your own high-performing Education recruitment desk across either Primary, Secondary, or SEND

Access to Key Accounts and Partnerships team to support your territory growth

Focused on winning new business and building strong, lasting relationships with schools and clients, as well as nurturing existing business

Driving revenue by placing top talent into roles that make a real impact, youll have a real commercial focus for growth

Taking ownership of your targets and consistently exceeding KPIs

Shaping the culture of a driven, ambitious team and leading by example

What Youll Need

Proven experience in recruitment ideally in Education, with a strong track record of hitting targets and generating revenue

A hunter mentality

you thrive on building your desk, winning business, and closing deals

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Ambition and drive to take full ownership of your success and push yourself to the next level

Passion for Education and making a difference in schools and communities
