Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Principal/ Senior Project Manager for Renewable Energy construction projects in the UK. This role will lead delivery, develop client relationships, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across energy facilities internationally.

A hybrid work model supports flexible-site collaboration. You'll manage projects from feasibility through design to site construction, coordinating with utilities, developers and clients while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• BEng degree in Engineering; strong focus on construction phase and energy sector.
• Background in project and construction management with grid-connected projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid- to large-size renewable energy projects with focus on construction phase.
• Liaise with clients, manage day-to-day work within requirements, timescale and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction of renewable energy infrastructure.
• Support procurement and preparation of Employer’s Requirements and NEC/FIDIC/JCT contracts.
• Manage NEC/FIDIC/JCT/Bespoke contracts and tech supply contracts.
• Maintain project budgets, programme and governance, including reporting and invoicing.
• Mentor junior staff and review project deliverables.
