Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Product Security Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Barrow (LA14). The role pays £85.40 per hour inside IR35, with expected attendance 1–2 days per month in Barrow. The position focuses on security engineering across the PMS domain and collaboration with internal and external teams.

You will lead security artefact development, risk management and governance, ensuring alignment with approved processes and delivering security outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Information Assurance and Product Security in complex engineered systems.
• Experience in large scale regulated programmes (defence, maritime, aerospace).
• Knowledge of Security by Design vs Security Accreditation processes.
• Experience delivering security cases and liaising with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Product Security activities in line with programme plans.
• Lead development of PMS Interim and Final Security Cases.
• Maintain alignment with WBPSec risk management approaches.
• Manage IA technical queries and formal communications.
• Plan and report progress, risks and milestones.
• Provide technical leadership within the PMS Product Security team.
