Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Product Security Analyst for a 12-month contract in Barrow (LA14). The role involves senior security engineering work across the PMS domain, delivering security artefacts, risk management, and governance within a highly regulated defence/aerospace context.

The position requires strong information assurance knowledge and experience coordinating with internal engineering teams and external suppliers to ensure coherent security outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Information Assurance and Product Security within complex engineered systems.
• Experience delivering security cases and managing information risk.
• Working with suppliers to assure deliverables and security artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Define, agree and deliver Product Security engineering activities in line with the programme Engineering Management Plan.
• Lead the development of PMS Interim and Final Security Cases across defined programme phases.
• Maintain alignment between system-level security artefacts and Whole Boat IA risk management approaches (WBPSec).
• Identify, assess and document IA requirement shortfalls and associated risks.
• Manage and coordinate IA Technical Queries (TQs) and formal communications in line with programme processes.
