Job summary

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Mainframe Agentics team, leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for agentic AI capabilities within BMC's AMI portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering AI-powered agents that improve mainframe operations, observability, automation, incident resolution, performance optimization, and developer productivity. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Partners, to identify customer problems, prioritize investments, and bring innovative AI-driven solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities Include
