Job summary

MHR is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and mentor other Product Managers within the HCM Product department. You will leverage customer insight, market awareness and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems and drive measurable impact for customers.

You will work with a collaborative team of Product, Design and Engineering to shape roadmaps and deliver outcomes that align with business goals and AI-driven innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps.
• Ability to mentor and develop product managers.
• Strong discovery research and customer insight skills.
• Data-driven decision making and prioritisation.
• Experience working in Agile environments with design and engineering.
