MHR International UK Limited is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define product strategy, mentor Product Managers, and deliver outcomes for customers across the HCM Product department.

You'll combine customer insight, market awareness and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive measurable business impact, including leveraging AI technologies.

You'll work with a collaborative team of Product, Design and Engineering to shape roadmaps and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience with ownership of product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience mentoring or coaching Product Managers.
• Strong product discovery, customer research and stakeholder management.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritisation and measuring success.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside Design and Engineering teams.
• The ability to influence, align stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
• A passion for creating products that deliver outstanding customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, shape roadmaps and lead Product Managers to deliver solutions that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Work closely with customers, Design and Engineering teams, champion product discovery and data-driven decisions with commercial impact.
• Lead and coach Product Managers while helping shape the future direction of our product portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to strengthen our products and accelerate growth.
