Job summary

Genomics England is seeking a Principal Product Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead a strategically important product area. You will shape vision, strategy and outcomes, coordinating discovery, direction and delivery across multiple products, services and squads.

You will translate senior leadership direction into clear roadmaps, prioritised backlogs and measurable outcomes while mentoring others and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals in a complex, data-sensitive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record leading complex products or product areas at Principal level or equivalent.
• Ability to provide strategic product leadership and set direction in ambiguity across teams and org boundaries.
• Genomics experience not required but interest in data-intensive healthcare is a plus.
