Parloa is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to work directly inside our most strategic enterprise customers. You will build software that makes AI agents production-ready and own the last-mile integrations for complex customer systems.

You'll lead architecture decisions across engagements, expand AMP capabilities, and ensure production quality and security at scale. Travel up to 25% is expected; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development.
• Fluent in TypeScript or Python, or able to get there quickly.
• Experience leading design and architecture of large-scale production systems.
• Experience leading agentic, spec-driven development in production.
• Track record in long-term accounts or fast experiments.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the hardest engagements with architecture decisions that span Parloa’s platform and the customer’s organization.
• Build what AMP does not cover yet, including systems of record and integrations.
• Own production quality, security, and incident playbooks for enterprise-scale traffic.
• Grow the account and share what belongs in the product; drive renewals and new use cases.
• Mentor other Product Engineers and participate in interviewing/hiring.
• Use AI well and set the standard for it in production.
• Represent Parloa with senior technical stakeholders.
