Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Principal Product Engineer to lead manufacturing-scale product engineering across silicon, boards, blades and rack-scale systems. You will guide product performance through launch, ramp and sustained high-volume production, partnering with OSATs, test, manufacturing, quality, data engineering and analytics teams.

You will turn manufacturing data into actionable signals that improve yield, reliability and cost, working across teams to own technical outcomes and drive

Qualifications

• Strong semiconductor product engineering or manufacturing capability in high-volume production.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor, PCBA and system-level manufacturing and testing.
• Experience with statistical analysis methods (SPC, DOE, regression, hypothesis testing, six sigma).
