Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the architecture of manufacturing test content for Host Processor Modules, server blades and rack systems. You will influence production test strategies across hardware, firmware and software, enabling reliable, scalable testing before deployment.

You will work within the Product Test and Diagnosis team in Manufacturing Operations, collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing and quality teams to drive improvements and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers or comparable hardware.
• Proven technical leadership covering architecture and cross-team alignment without direct line management.
• Deep understanding of silicon, boards and system design for test coverage and complex debug.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to enable testability with software/firmware/platform teams.
• Hands-on Linux/OpenBMC experience and scripting for reliable test infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture of the manufacturing test content for scale.
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware and software.
• Drive requirements and deliverables to enable diagnosability and testability.
• Improve manufacturing quality through data-driven insights and KPI improvements.
