Eames Consulting Group is supporting a leading personal lines insurer to recruit a Principal Pricing Analyst. The role will focus on enhancing pricing performance across motor and home products using advanced analytics and market insight.

You will lead pricing changes from analysis through to implementation, develop and maintain risk models, and provide technical guidance to colleagues while ensuring pricing decisions are supported by governance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK personal lines pricing.
• Strong knowledge of GLMs and GBMs.
• Experience leading pricing projects and mentoring analysts.

I am working with a leading personal lines insurer looking for a Principal Pricing Analyst to join their pricing team.

The role will focus on enhancing pricing performance across motor and home products, using advanced analytics and market insight to identify opportunities for profitable growth. You will lead pricing changes from analysis through to implementation, develop and maintain risk models, and provide technical guidance to colleagues while ensuring pricing decisions are supported by robust governance and regulatory standards.

Open to candidates with experience in UK personal lines pricing and a strong understanding of GLMs, GBMs and pricing methodologies. Knowledge of tools such as Radar, Emblem, Python, SQL or Databricks, alongside experience delivering pricing projects and mentoring analysts, would be particularly beneficial.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to contribute to pricing strategy within an established insurance business.
