Job Description:

Join a leading IT Consultancy as a Pre-sales Principal Consultant to drive AI and modern technology solutions, delivering value to clients through strategic engagements and innovative proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs into technical AI, cloud, and managed service solutions.
• Develop proposals and Statements of Work with effort profiles and cost models.
• Build client trust and articulate the company’s value in solving business challenges.
• Present services, demonstrate expertise, and support sales to meet revenue targets.
• Provide subject matter expertise in AI, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure proposals align with internal governance for seamless delivery.
• Mentor teams and lead technical design and decision-making processes.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Proven presales experience delivering technical and commercial solutions.
• Expertise in AI (e.g., language models, machine learning, GPU clustering), cloud, and managed services.
• Strong technical design, project governance, and ITIL methodology knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, influence decisions, and mentor teams.
• Understanding of market trends, competitors, and business challenges.
• Degree or equivalent technical qualifications preferred.
• Permanent role
• Up to £125,000 depending on experience
• Remote - with ad hoc travel to London
