Executive Integrity | B Corp® is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and lead our Command & Control product suite for remote and autonomous maritime operations. This role shapes how control systems, mission management, simulation and digital replication connect to deliver cohesive, scalable and safe capabilities.

You will own end-to-end strategy across the C2 ecosystem, align software with autonomy and workflows, and drive governance, architecture and lifecycle practices to accelerate

Qualifications

• Experienced product leader with a track record in complex software-hardware integration, command and control or robotics automation - concept to real-world operation.
• Experience in Maritime, Automotive, Smart Warehousing or robotics automation industries.
• Familiarity with agile product development for high-reliability or safety-critical systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end product ecosystem vision and strategy across command and control capabilities.
• Align software, systems, autonomy and operational workflows to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams translating operational ambitions into scalable, testable, safe system capabilities.
• Establish governance practices ensuring traceability, risk visibility and coherent delivery.
• Make architecture and interface decisions balancing flexibility, performance and reliability.
• Oversee integration, simulation and digital lifecycle practices to accelerate learning.
