Job summary

OSI Maritime seeks an Autonomous Systems Capability Development Manager to drive strategy, development and marketing of its autonomous maritime capabilities. You will report to the Vice President of Business Development and collaborate with global teams to shape offerings and win opportunities.

You will gather market insights, define product requirements, coordinate development with product teams, and engage with military and government customers to ensure competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly.
• Experience with military or government customers preferred.
• Experience with autonomous maritime vessels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for autonomous maritime systems.
• Support global business development to market and sell autonomous products.
• Define product requirements based on market analysis and customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Act as SME for Autonomous Maritime Systems with internal/external stakeholders.
• Specify customer requirements by surveying customers across channels.
• Ensure alignment of development with OSI’s strategic goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities in maritime autonomy.
• Inform strategy with data and market messaging materials.
