Spotify is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead Search Personalization, shaping how hundreds of millions find and discover content across the platform. You will own end-to-end strategy for search results, including ranking, relevance, AI-powered features, and quality.

This leadership role oversees two squads, partners with engineering to balance innovation with cost, and mentors junior PMs in a fast-moving environment. Based in London or Stockholm with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of product management experience in large-scale tech products.
• Experience leading search, discovery, or information retrieval products at scale (100M+ users).
• Strong technical understanding of ranking, retrieval, and AI-native features.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap for Search Personalization.
• Lead evolution of AI-native search features like semantic search and LLM reranking.
• Own search quality with measurable outcomes and collaborate with executives.
