Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years leading search/discovery products at scale.
• Deep technical understanding of ranking, retrieval, evaluation, and trade-offs in search.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered search features and leading teams through AI transitions.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and set principled prioritization.
• Strategic, portfolio-level thinking with clear communication to executives.
• Strong storytelling to translate complexity for leadership and partners.
• Experience mentoring early-career PMs and influencing without authority.
• Familiarity with music/audio/media tech and content-rich platforms.
• Experience operating a search platform across multiple internal teams.
• Background in content integrity, trust & safety, or regulatory compliance in search.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap for Search Personalization.
• Drive AI-native experiences like semantic search and LLM reranking with cost discipline.
• Define a holistic quality framework for relevance, trust, and user experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and communicate trade-offs to executives.
