Zusammenfassung

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal P3M Data & Reporting Analyst to lead data-driven solutions across infrastructure programmes. You will design dashboards, align controls with P3M, and engage senior stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable reporting.

You will mentor junior colleagues, drive data governance, and shape digital capabilities within the Infrastructure Digital team. Strong Power BI and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in data/reporting analyst roles with demonstrable experience in project or programme environments.
• Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls methodologies.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel (including macros and automation).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data models and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering to executive audiences.
• Experience leading work packages and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience in infrastructure sectors such as Defence, Energy & Natural Resources, or Transport & Utilities.

• Lead the design and delivery of data-driven solutions for effective project management and controls.
• Lead the development and implementation of digital controls solutions aligned to P3M frameworks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and translate requirements into solutions.
• Design and build advanced dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel.
• Oversee data integration from multiple systems ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Develop scalable data models to support enterprise reporting.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices.
