Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Principal P3M Data & Reporting Analyst to lead data-driven solutions for infrastructure projects across the UK. You will design dashboards, implement digital controls, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on P3M principles, data governance, and enterprise reporting, using Power BI and Excel, with opportunity to shape digital capability within the Infrastructure Digital team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data/reporting analyst roles within project environments.
• Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (including macros and automation).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data models and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering to executive audiences.
• Experience leading work packages and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience in infrastructure sectors such as Defence, Energy & Natural Resources, or Transport & Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of digital controls solutions aligned to P3M frameworks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Design and build advanced dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other platforms.
• Oversee the integration of data from multiple systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and performance.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models and structures to support enterprise-level reporting.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams on data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering capability growth within the team.
• Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement across our digital services.
