Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal P3M Data & Reporting Analyst to lead the design and delivery of data-driven reporting solutions for infrastructure programmes across UK offices, including London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

You will lead client engagements, mentor junior team members, and shape digital capabilities within the Infrastructure Digital team, leveraging Power BI and Excel to build scalable data models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data/reporting analyst roles in project or programme environments.
• Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel (including macros and automation).
• Experience leading work packages and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of data-driven solutions enabling effective project management across infrastructure programmes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and translate requirements into solutions.
• Design and build advanced dashboards using Power BI, Excel and other platforms.
• Oversee data integration from multiple systems ensuring data quality and performance.
• Develop scalable data models to support enterprise reporting.
• Provide guidance on data quality, governance and reporting best practices; mentor junior consultants.
