Job summary

Siemens is seeking a senior OT cybersecurity consultant to shape the future of critical infrastructure resilience in the UK&I. You will lead assessments, architecture reviews and cyber maturity engagements for owners of Critical Power Infrastructure, translating complex findings into actionable executive-level guidance.

You will mentor peers, develop new services, and help secure ongoing consulting engagements while representing Siemens in industry forums and client workshops.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience within Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
  • Experience delivering OT Cybersecurity consulting engagements.
  • A degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Desirable certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Expert, GICSP, CISSP, GIAC.
  • Experience supporting owners or operators of Critical Power Infrastructure.
  • Experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, OT networking, IEC 62443, NIS/NIS2, CAF.
  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with owners and operators of Critical Power Infrastructure across GB & Ireland.
  • Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, and cyber maturity engagements.
  • Produce consultancy-grade reports with pragmatic recommendations for executives.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and executive briefings.
  • Support customers in developing OT cyber resilience roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to extend consulting engagements through advisory relationships.
  • Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and customer engagements.
  • Develop new consulting services aligned to market and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to a high-performing consulting practice.
  • Represent the business at conferences, working groups, and industry forums.

Your success is grounded in:

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
  • Able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and satisfy customer-specific vetting where required
