Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Principal Modeller to lead hydraulic modelling across our Water Recycling network. You’ll drive model upgrades, interpret complex results, and develop conceptual schemes for strategic investment.

You will mentor a growing team of modellers and collaborate with operational and environmental specialists to deliver value, resilience, and customer-focused outcomes. This is a hybrid role with regional office options.

Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership delivering complex, system-based hydraulic modelling projects.
• Expertise in model build, calibration, verification and interpreting data uncertainty.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams to build capability.
