The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Legal Recruiter with deep expertise in the US legal market to join our established team. This role offers the chance to work with a focused, supportive, and ambitious group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and place Associate and Partner-level candidates in top US law firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams.
• Drive business development by securing new clients and nurturing existing ones.
• Conduct high-level calls and meetings with senior legal professionals, showcasing professionalism and market expertise.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and uphold our reputation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of placements at Associate and/or Partner level in top US law firms.
• Extensive legal recruitment experience with deep US market knowledge.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and gravitas to engage senior law firm partners.
• Strong business development skills to generate and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with key US legal markets (New York, Washington D.C., Texas, Miami).
