Salary: DOE
We are working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary studio in Cardiff that is looking for a Principal Landscape Architect to join their growing team. They have been shaping landscapes and communities for two decades. While they operate out of three regional offices, this role will be based in their Cardiff office.
The studio works across a variety of project sizes, types, and complexities, including world-class leisure facilities, renewable energy schemes, public realm improvements, and nature-led design work. The office environment is family-friendly, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with a supportive atmosphere and ample room for growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in both the natural and built environments. The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of projects, including leisure facilities, renewable energy schemes, public realm improvements, and nature-led designs. The role involves not only delivering high-quality landscape work but also driving project direction and supporting junior team members' development.
They seek a candidate confident in delivering landscape design and assessment work, comfortable leading projects, and serving as a client contact. A strong interest in both design and planning is essential, as these elements are integral in this multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to keep projects on track are required.
Experience in managing your own workload and assisting others, along with some team or project leadership experience, is preferred.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a landscape professional to thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy and to make a meaningful contribution to landscape and environmental design.
