Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Principal Engineer or equivalent in large-scale systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Java (Java 11+ preferred) and performance optimization.
• Practical experience building on AWS with operational trade-offs.
• Proven ability to implement and operate distributed systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical authority within the Risk Screening platform.
• Lead complex and business-critical changes ensuring quality and performance.
• Define and validate non-functional requirements such as latency and reliability.
