Qualifications

• Strong leadership of engineering teams and tech leads.
• AI fluency and experience applying AI to real-world products.
• Experience in consultancy contexts and in communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of engineers and Tech Leads; size the work and shape the teams.
• Lead by steering early review and ensure consistent bar across teams; coach leads to make calls.
• Remain close to code to retain authority with engineers and drive delivery in production.
